Undeliverable Packages

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, our customer service team will contact you via email to arrange re-delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be returned to us by the courier.

Missed Deliveries
