3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and re-shipping costs for exchanges unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

5. Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund total.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.
